This is the file for setting custom times. 
The format is 'HH:MM <USE>'. 
 * HH is the hour in 24 hour format, and must be two digits.
 * MM is the minute, and must be two digits in length.
 * The first time must be midnight, 00:00, and there is
space for 4 more custom times. Each successive time must be 
later than the time preceding it.
 * <USE> is replaced with 'OPEN' if the pet can use the door
 at that time, and 'LOCK' if the pet cannot use the door
 at that time.
