I am currently a junior at OSU studying electrical engineering. My goal after graduation is to work with renewable energy generation. I have experience working on engineering projects from my community college underwater ROV team, as well as from my junior design classes.
A solar charge controller regulates the voltage from a solar panel to ensure that the panel is outputting at the max power point. Our project uses an MPPT algorithm and outputs data both through a screen and to a connected app.
