I completed a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oregon State. As an engineer, I would like to solve problems related to efficiency and improving people’s lives. I believe its always important to consider larger-scale problems such as the use of resources and climate change. I want the problems that I work on to be useful to people while keeping those issues in mind. Throughout college, I gained both technical and soft skills. In classes such as CMOS Integrated Circuits and VLSI, I gained knowledge that I look forward to applying. Through my involvement with the Engineers Without Borders club, I improved my written communication by writing technical reports and by carefully documenting our designs. My involvement in my Senior Capstone group project, and by being a TA for introductory Electrical Engineering courses, I also developed oral communication and leadership skills.
This overload detection system is used to detect when a user applies a voltage that is too high to an oscilloscope so that the internal relays can be switched off to prevent damage. This ECE Senior Design Capstone project is a ...
A solar battery charger that is intended to power a sensor patch that will go on wind turbine blades to detect bird and bat collisions.
This project is a two-axis single plane robot arm whose function is to draw on a piece of paper. The arm itself is constructed with two rotating joints that are controlled by belts attached to stepper motors. The arm has severa...
