The WiFi Enabled Irrigation Timer project is meant to aid in the reduction of time spent managing the irrigation systems used in farming and agriculture. The intention is to save time and fuel for the intended user by remotely turning on/off various sections of irrigation infrastructure already in place - which will result in a more efficient irrigation system. The goal of the project is to empower a small farm with the capability to control its irrigation system remotely and efficiently. Key features of the system include: • User-Friendly Interface -- Designed for simplicity, ensuring ease of use and straightforward implementation. • Wireless Connectivity -- The system will predominantly employ wireless technologies for remote operation. • Environmental Sensors -- Integration of sensors to monitor soil moisture, water pressure, and other relevant environmental factors, providing valuable feedback to the farmer. • Durability -- Constructed to withstand various weather conditions, ensuring reliability and longevity in outdoor farm environments. This system aims to offer a cost-effective, technologically advanced solution for irrigation management, significantly enhancing operational efficiency on the farm.
