The Hinsdale Wave Research Laboratory has a need to be able to set the water level in the Large Wave Flume and Directional Water Basin facilities due to Covid-19 stay at home orders as well as to improve the overall efficiency of the lab. The solution proposed is to create an easy to use web application that will allow for setting the water level in both facilities remotely. The application will also inherit prior capabilities to track the water level history over time. The proposed application will fundamentally be able to give the facility members the ability to easily and effortlessly monitor and fill the water levels in each of the facilities remotely.
