Development of Next Generation N-Type Oxide TFT Gate Driver Design

This project focused on developing a new gate on array driver circuit with all-n-type thin-film transistors (TFTs) and amorphous silicon for AMOLED displays. The team combined research and circuit design, along with simulation resources given by Amorphyx to understand circuits and improve power and area requirements when compared to a typical OLED gate driver. We utilized SPICE simulation tools and models to design multiple circuits that can be used to understand voltage, power, and timing diagrams for when the company decides to create a physical implementation of a gate driver.
