The Volt Vision Oscilloscope was designed to work in place of a high-end Oscilloscope found in most electrical engineering labs. You may be asking yourself, “what’s the difference?” For one, YOU LOOK LIKE A BADASS! Coming in at TWO channels, with dual graphing capability, you have the Volt Vision! This beast of a creation can sample at 1 Mega samples per second! You heard that right! One…. Million …. Samples…. Per…. Second! If that's not fast enough for you, you'll want to look into buying a journal so you can write down your problems. But that’s not all… There are three different rotary encoders with the ability to change time and space itself! Rotate the first one to see the voltage-axis expand and visualize the signals with greater clarity. Rotate the second to see the time axis compress to see the bigger picture. Rotate the third to adjust the trigger and find the optimal beginning point of the signal! All together you have the tools to better understand any signal or project (great for understanding why all your circuits fail). At the low price of $39.99 you can build one of these yourself! You only need a few components! You need to order the PCB, the TEENSY 4.1, and you need to 3D print the enclosure (this one is optional but highly encouraged). In no time you’ll have your own fully functional oscilloscope built for quick signal analysis wherever you are! You want to add your own functionality? No problem! The sampling code, display/processing code, PCB design, and encloser blueprints are available free of charge! We didn’t add some of the following functionality, but you certainly can! Graphing and User Input Multitasking: You may notice when your fire up the software that you can graph or use the rotary encoders, but not both. This is not a mistake! To achieve the fast sample speeds you so desperately need, we optimized the program to only deal with one at a time. Perhaps there is a way to achieve these results without cutting out one or the other, but that's a job for future iterations of this project!
