For the Co-op house I live in, I am on the leadership team as the Chore Manager. I am responsible for assigning residents weekly chores based off their class and work schedule availability. I also enforce chore completion and log citations. I am currently in the process of writing new and updated documentation in the hope that future chore managers will benefit from my experiences.

Chore Manual This is the manual I am working on to document the process of being chore manager. When I first started, I relied on my friendship with the previous chore manager and a few hours of training to figure out my new job. Many things just required me to figure them out by trial and error. The work-in-progress manual is my attempt at making future transitions smoother.   Download
Sample class & work schedule data This is the method I use to organize residents' availability data. Each two letter code represents a time-sensitive chore. For example, "LD" stands for lunch dish. Students names have been cut off to respect privacy.   Download
