The Mealtime Electronic Observation & Weighing (MEOW) project is an automatic cat feeder with the ability to track the cat’s weight. Unlike existing feeders focusing solely on distributing food, the MEOW system integrates onboard data logging to help owners monitor pet weight trends over time. This allows for early detection of health issues such as obesity, malnutrition, or irregular feeding behavior.
