The Project Experience Explorer is a web platform designed to help Oregon State University (OSU) Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) students make more informed decisions when selecting a Capstone project. The official EECS Project Portal [1], or Capstone Portal for more clarity in this report, provides a list of available Capstone projects and descriptions, but it does not capture the practical realities of completing those projects. Information about workload, complexity, team/mentor dynamics, and overall experience is typically lost once students finish the course, leaving future students to make decisions with limited context. The Project Experience Explorer preserves that knowledge by allowing students who have completed Capstone to share structured feedback about their project experiences. Reviews are linked to verified projects sourced from the official EECS Project Portal, ensuring the information remains accurate and relevant. To encourage candid participation while protecting contributors, the system uses pseudonyms and limits identifying metadata. By combining peer insights with official project listings, the platform provides future students a clearer understanding of what each project may involve before they commit to it.
